In honor of Father’s Day and the grilling that shall ensue across the land, the good folks from Kayem sent me a Kayem Box o’ Meat.
It arrived thusly:

Kayem does offer this grilling tip, which goes against the conventional lore of grill-masters old:
Remember not to pierce the casing of your franks. Natural casing keeps in all the flavor of the dog, and piercing the casing allows the juiciness to drip out. That means tongs over forks, and no diagonal cuts!
Heed these words well.
