StarChefs.com 2009 Class of Boston Rising Stars–A Benefit for the Greater Boston Food Bank

The Rising Stars Revue from StarChefs.com, which visits four cities/year, recognizes up-and-coming chefs, pastry chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists from around the country that represent future leaders of the national culinary scene.
The Starchefs Tasting Gala & Awards Ceremony, which takes place on November 3rd at 60 State Street, will honor these winners and provide guests with an opportunity to sample a signature dish from each chef. This event will also benefit the Greater Boston Food Bank.

Tickets are $85 per person; $125 VIP admission includes a private pre-event reception with vintage Nicolas Feuillatte Palmes d’Or Champagne and caviar, plus early entrance to the gala.

WHAT: The StarChefs.com Rising Star Revue returns to Boston for the first time since 2006. Over 70 candidates were considered via in person tastings and interviews. “Boston chefs are all about community, whether it’s rallying behind a cause, helping a chef in need, or just hanging out and cooking together—the support and camaraderie there is unlike that in any other city. Our 14 Rising Stars represent the best of the next generation of chefs in the city,” says Antoinette Bruno, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of StarChefs.com.
COST: General Admission – $85 per ticket
VIP Reception – $125 per ticket*
