Lonesome Dove Bistro – NYC
On September 19th, Lonesome Dove will open in New York City. An east coast outpost of the renowned Texan restaurant run by chef Tim Love, Lonesome Dove features such unique dishes as: Boursin-stuffed kangaroo-carpaccio nachos with avocado relish and spicy-sweet habanero sauce; grilled New Zealand Red Deer Chops with Truffled Mac & Cheese, Fried Artichoke and Morel Mushroom; and BBQ Duck Spring Rolls with Sweet Hoisin and Spicy Garlic Dipping Sauces. It’s certainly nice to see something positive come out of Texas.

Get it right – the LD is in Fort Worth – not Dallas.
For us here – there is a world of difference.
